Appeals State Government: The Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC) has requested the state government by putting forward an appeal for making CSAT as the only qualifying examination Punjab Civil Services Examination. Apart from this, the commission has also recommended unlimited attempts for the candidates but want the upper age limit reduced from 37 to 35. An official spokesperson said as per amended rules, 2 papers in Preliminary examination. Each wrong answer, .25 mark shall be deducted.  Paper 2- CSAT- will be qualifying paper with min. marks fixed at 33 percent.  The spokesperson said the result of the Preliminary exam shall be based only on the marks obtained in Paper-1 only.  Thanks,
